What To Do With Unhappy Seminar Participant

I know you do GREAT events! However, every once in a while you’ll get someone who feels otherwise. They may have a LEGITIMATE complaint or they may just be one of THOSE kinds of people.

It doesn’t matter what the reason is! If someone is unhappy with your event, the best thing you can do is get them the heck OUT OF THERE! FAST!!!

When you identify one of these types, pull them aside pronto and let them know you are happy to give them a REFUND on the spot.

Tell them you will do that provided that they leave NOW.

People where the event is truly not right for them will be happy to leave.

Those who are just bitching will quit, knowing that you are serious.

The point is that you need to cut out the negative people from your event like a CANCER. If left unchecked and unchallenged, these people with INFECT your entire audience.

I’ve seen it happen at one of my events!

Don’t let it happen at one of yours! It CAN get ugly!
